Ethanol boils at a lower temp then straight fuel. When the car is hot and sits the fuel vaporizes so that when you go to restart there is no fuel in the bowl. I fixed the problem by adding an electric fuel pump. It will not work with the key off and I have an override switch for safety. I always turn the pump on for about 10 to 15 seconds before starting the car and it starts right up. I have friends with other cars that are starting to experience the same problem. Another thing that can be done to help is to put a spacer between the carburetor and the intake manifold.
